- 2-10 reservations: 15% discount in all hotel services (Silver)
- Over 11 reservations: 20% discount in all hotel services (Gold)
- Early Check In & Late Check out upon availability
- Free Late Check out upon availability until 14.00
- Participation in the annual lottery with a draw 3 free nights in one of hotels of our Group. The lottery will take place every December.
Rights of privileges using the member card
- Card holder
- Family members (spouse and children)
- All members start with the silver card
- Once 10 reservations are completed, they are automatically upgraded to the gold card
- 1st Degree: Silver Members: 2-10 reservations
- 2nd Degree: Gold Members: 11 and more reservations
- Anyone can become a member by logging in automatically to the Reward Program and accept the terms which are applicable to the program.
- The members are classified in 2 categories, each of them with its own privileges. The criterion is the number of reservations
- Categories: Silver Member & Gold Member
- Joining a category will be done based on reservations
- The privileges are redeemed once are completed and they are attributed to the next reservation.
- The above privileges concern exclusively the reservations that are made directly from the hotel’s website, through our Reservation Department, or upon check in our Front Office Department
- The specific discounts are applied only to guests that become direct members and not requested from other resources or other Websites
- In case of Special Rates (corporate/Travel Agents etc.) additional Members discounts are not applied
- Those who are members will have Best Price Guaranteed
- For the availability it is mandatory to contact our Reservations Department where after checking the booking history of each member, we will confirm availability and other privileges or discounts
- Discounts are applied only to the main services provided exclusively by the Hotel (Accommodation, Wellness Club, Parking, Food and Beverage).
