Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the customer loyalty reward program of Elia Hotels Group. The participation in this program is subject to these Terms and Conditions and it is part of the general Agreement regarding the membership program.
Using your member card or your member number to earn points, you agree that:

    A. You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions
    B. you are eligible for inclusion in the program and
    C. that you provide your consent for the processing of your personal data by Elia Hotels Group and the publication of data to third parties, according our privacy statement.

The purpose of the program is to reward our regular guests in order to enjoy the benefits of your participation to the Program. As it is descripted below, the members will receive a member card and will be able to earn and redeem Points, the exchange of the Program, per each stay at one of the Participating Hotels of Elia Hotel Group. Furthermore you can earn the status of Silver or Gold Member, depending on the number of bookings.
Participating Hotels are Elia Ermou Athens Hotel and all Elia Hotels in Chania, Crete.
Please read carefully the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the membership card and the rights or obligations which are involved.

1. GENERAL RULES OF MEMBER

1.1 Per each booking, either through online reservation system of the official website of the hotel or via call center, you consent your data retention for future use by the company while at the same time your registration is done automatically.

1.2 Your registration in the membership program is completely free. Every time you visit one of our hotels you earn points and enjoy benefits in your each stay, which vary by degree.

1.3 To register you must fill in all the required fields of the participation form and submit it to the reception of the hotel, where you will immediately receive the member card from the same department.

1.4 The company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. This means that it can decide changes that affect, without limiting the procedures, the benefits and the privileges per each member level, the partner hotels, the rules for the earned Points, the membership level, the quality and quantity of Points, the rules for the use of privileges. Unless if it is specified differently, all benefits and privileges of Members depend on the availability.

1.5 The company reserves the right to terminate the Program in whole or part of it, by providing at least one (1) month to all active Members, and may replace it with a similar Program at any time upon a notice to all Members. In case that the Program is terminated, all unused Points will be terminated without any obligation or liability and no claim after the expiration date.

1.6 Your participation in the Membership Reward program starts from the moment that you receive your personal member number and your card.

1.7 You may cancel your membership account in the Program any time can informing by written the hotel. In this case all unused Points will be automatically cancelled and they cannot be renewed or transferred.

2. POINTS

2.1 Every reservation is equal to one (1) point of independent nights per each reservation. The Members must state their personal Membership number in every reservation. Reservations which have been done without declaration of the personal Membership card will not be equal to points and the Members will not increase their privileges. The reservation must be done directly to the hotel through the official website or by phone or via e-mail. In case of booking through another booking network, you don’t receive the privileges as a Member and your stay will not be recorded in your membership History and in the counting of your Points.

2.2 The points are collected by the Member per booking at a Partner hotel of Elia Hotels Group, regardless of the total number of consecutive nights. The Points are credited to the Member upon check-in to the hotel on the date of booking, and staying the room for one night at least.

2.3 Elia Hotels Group reserves the right to deduct or add points which have been credited by mistake, or not be credited to the Member’s account. Points are not credited to bookings where you don’t show, or cancelled bookings for which finally the Member didn’t check-in.

3. CONTACT

3.1 We may also send you promotions, offers and other communications, which may include information which came from third parties. You can change your personal details and communication preferences at any time by contacting the hotel via e-mail.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance to the Greek laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens. The membership, the acquisition and the redemption of points will be given on the basis of good faith, however, they will be subjected to any prohibition by applicable Greek and Community legislation. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed illegal, abusive or inapplicable, this part will be deemed to be deleted from these Terms and Conditions. All disputes between the parties arising out of or relating to the Program, will be subjected first to a friendly attempt to resolve with the Collaborating Hotel, according the general trading principles and good faith.

4.2 The registration in the Program, as well as other activities of the Member within its framework, are free of charge. Elia Hotels Group reserves the right to change the preferences of each level, or the content of the website without any prior notice. The privileges are listed on the newsletter and on the website, can be changed, so you should carefully check the details at the time of booking. ALL PRIVILEGES ARE PROVIDED DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY.

4.3 The Members are warmly encouraged to contact the Hotel Management for any problem which arises with the provision of benefits during their stay in a hotel.
